Soul Beach Hotel by MC - Adults Recommended

"I recently stayed here for 7 days via ,'Love Holidays' This was described as a 4 * HOTEL but it is far from it. I usually stay in 3* Hotels but which have a bar area, a lounge area ect; but this had nothing like, no telephone to ring reception, no ability to even purchase a couple of coca colas mid afternoon, as receptionist said would have to wait until 6:00pm until someone arrived to operate restaurant until 9:00pm. this has nothing! I was first given a room with no balcony, for which I had paid for so had to move rooms or I said that I would be leaving. My shower was old and 'cruddy' and an English couple said they had not accepted this room and also had to be moved. I Always speak as I find though and throughout my stay, the Staff were always very nice and often apologetic to many situations which arose not only with me but several other guests. I must repeat, this Hotel should not have a 4* rating."

"The hotel is spotlessly clean , very comfortable beds, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful . The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Unfortunately we were staying at the end of the season and the hotel is a long way out of Denial centre and the buses were only every two hours, so you would need to hire a car. The beach is pebblly near the hotel but there is a sandy beach 15 minutes walk away however we had a lovely holiday, thank you ."
