"Hi. , Firstly awesome value for money , it was late booking , Positive : great location lovely walk to old town down hill 👍 aided my husbands recovery . ( taxi plenty full for return but I managed it ok evening n my 70s , Apartments are spotlessly clean and our lady who maintained them was amazing 5 star ⭐ . Well equipped and can I recommend down loading Mercadona app . We had our essentials delivered to the fridge . Reception staff so helpfull and lovely 🥰 nothing was too much trouble , we needed stick for a day and they loaned us one. , Outdoor pool was well used but admit I was not one who did , the indoor pool is " heated. " but great once in loved my swim very restful . No Negatives but areas to consider ; Mattress toppers to help sleep and make 2 singles to a king size . TV , thank you for having some English channels but larger upgrade to tv and one in the bedroom , Please consider adult aqua Gymn in adult pool in the morning I do think guests would love it. , Well done great holiday 👍"

"Couldn’t fault this place. Our room was very clean on arrival with a regular housekeeping service throughout our stay. The pool is amazing. Great for all ages. No sun bed wars. Lots of entertainment. The staff are friendly. Handy little shop on site. We ate at the hotel most nights. We were self catering but you can pay to eat in the restaurant and it’s very good value for money. All you can eat buffet including soft drinks, wines and beer. We ventured down into Benidorm a few times. The hill back is steep so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. This place is a little gem and we would definitely recommend and definitely return. Enjoyed every minute and was genuinely sad to leave."

"Have stayed at numerous hotels in Benidorm old town over the years but we decided to try out the self catering option. After reading the reviews for The Terralta we decided to give it a go and what a good decision that was so much so we are returning for another week in November. The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly that at the end of our stay we did not want to leave. We used the local supermarket Consum which is a ten minute walk away for all our groceries. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and the number 26 bus takes you to and from the centre of Benidorm, a ticket costs 2 euros. The bus runs hourly until 9pm. After that a taxi costs around 7 euros. The hotel and apartments are comfortable, well equiped and spotlessly clean. We are a retired couple in our sixties and we absolutely loved it. We noticed a mixture of guests, young couples, families and older guests like us. A great place to stay."
