"Visited Benidorm for the first time and decided to book this hotel after reading so many great reviews Totally agree what a fab hotel - very friendly helpful staff Rooms were perfect - we were on floor 5, even numbered rooms The lifts kind of have a mind of their own but I’m on holiday so not worries about waiting We were full board , food was fab … a bottle of decent wine in the hotel restaurant €6.10 …what a bargain Music lounge under the hotel is so reasonably priced - jug of sangria €12 , you get a small discount if you present your room card - didn’t even bother as we already felt it was a great price The only slight negative is the pool is small , it was freezing in oct so we didn’t bother , but would defo not be too small in the heat of summer Location is perfect - short walk to the beach but not too rowdy outside … walk a few streets along and it’s another story."

"I'd normally stay at the hotel next door,but part of my required week wasn't available, well I'm so glad it wasn't, because I got to stay at this wonderful gem of a hotel,and this is where I will be staying on my future visits to Benidorm,which is a regular occurrence. I checked into the Riviera on 8th October. I booked directly with the hotel,as it was a better price. I requested a room on a low floor,and I was very lucky to get one,as it's not guaranteed. Check in was dealt with quickly, by the friendly receptionist. The beds are very comfortable, and the room, lovely and clean. There's a decent size flat screen TV on the wall with a few English TV channels There's a fridge,kettle,cups,and complimentary tea/coffee,which can be topped up daily for a small fee. I take my own teabags,so didn't use them. Also,there's a plug socket which is situated by the mirror,which was a bonus,as there isn't in some places I've stayed. There's plenty of hanging space,and sheving/drawers to put your clothes. There's a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs,and a drying rack on the walk. I got a walk in shower,and was supplied with shampoo and shower gel,that was topped up daily, along the clean towels and toilet rolls. There's also a hairdryer on the walk,and a shaver socket,along with a stool to sit on in the shower if yiu are unsteady on your feet,with the added bonus of grab rails. There were plenty of choices for lunch,which is served from 1pm,and it was piping hot. The restaurant is lovely and peaceful, unlike some of the hotels I've stayed in, that have been like a cattle market. There's a very pleasant terrace at the front of the hotel,where you can get an excellent quality cup of coffee or cold a cold drink/beer.They play some lovely music,and it's a bonus that it's a suntrap. Dinner is served at the moment(changes according to season)from 7pm,and there are plenty of choice suit everyone Downstairs,in the Riviera lounge,there are some excellent tribute acts on,and a daily game of bingo. If you're on your own,there's no need to even venture out of the hotel of an evening,if you're nervous.Its a brilliant night's entertainment. I had an excellent night's sleep and was up early for breakfast. I always have Weetabix for breakfast ,which I was able to enjoy here for the first 4 days,but sadly,was told there weren't any left,so I didn't get any for the rest of my stay,along with the English tea bags,so I had to wait till I got back to my room for a cup of tea, as I didn't like the other ones in there.This,was my only small complaint ,maybe trivial to others, but I was disappointed none the less. There's a small but adequate walk in swimmpool round the back,with some nice patio furniture and beds. The sun doesn't get round by the pool till the afternoon, but I preferred this. There are a few beds on the walk through to the pool that get the sun all day,but I didn't feel the need. There's also a phone by the pool where you can ring for bar service which was a nice little perk. The hotel is ideally situated close to the strip,but far way enough to escape the noise. The staff throughout the hotel are very pleasant and helpful. I had an early flight ,so i booked an alarm call with reception for the next morning, and then was able to have the continental breakfast available from 7.30am,which was most satisfactory. If you need anything fron the shop,I find the best one is turn left out of hotel,snd its the last shop on the row past the Flash hotel,the lady is very friendly, and doesn't rip you off. I got my euros out if the indoor market which is situated at the end of the street past the shop I just mentioned. This way,you dont get ripped off. As stated previously, I will be returning to this hotel everything I come to Benidorm. Unfortunately, it is closed from mid November till mid June for refurbishment, so sadly will have to stay somewhere else during this period. The added bonus for me was,it's adult only(recommended),and as I go way to chill and relax,this hotel was an excellent choice. See you in July. Thank you to Team Riviera Beach."

"Room 3 floor music from 12 mid day to 5pm noisy boon boon if u like that sort of thing . Benidorm strip tacky noisy sun beds being moved 1am to 3 am patio been showed plus noise from party goers all night. Difficult t relax during day..boon boon music. Hotel lovely staff lovely food good . Music lounge great entertainment wonderful. Relaxing small pool but big enough. Cleaning staff excellent good service.."
