"Brilliant hotel. Spotless. Food was amazing. Staff were very attentive. Pool area clean and safe. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. My brother was in a single room which was a bit grim and at the back but the hotel supplied a treat in the room every day."

"The Hotel was amazing the bathroom was cleaned every day,Staff were very good, rooms were very good had a Wonderful stay .The only thing with showers was no handrails a bit slippy my friend had to sit on the plastic stool as she didn't feel safe standing .Food was very good too."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My mum and dad have stayed at this wonderful hotel around eight times, and it has always been a favourite of theirs, especially as the staff always remembered them. During their most recent stay, my mum sadly took unwell the night before they were due to fly home and was rushed to hospital. My sister, brother and I flew out to Benidorm to be with them, and from the moment we arrived, the staff at the RH Princesa were simply incredible. The reception team immediately helped us find accommodation within the hotel and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay. We had to extend our booking several times because of how long my mum was in hospital, and the reception staff were amazing — bending over backwards to accommodate every change and always checking how my mum was doing. The bar staff were equally kind and caring, constantly asking after her and showing such genuine warmth and concern for our whole family. The RH Princesa has always been a lovely, welcoming hotel, but this experience showed just how special the people who work there truly are. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism made such a difficult time so much easier for all of us. Thankfully my mum was discharged from hospital and we are all back home in Scotland now ❤️ We’ll never forget the care and support we received — thank you to every single member of staff at the RH Princesa for everything you did for my mum, dad, and our family, you truly are amazing! 💖 — The Harkins Family"
