"Just returned from a 4 night stay on a half board basis. PROS : * Room clean and spacious with good size balcony and clothes airer * Fridge * Walk in shower * Nice pool area * Nice staff in all areas including the cleaner * Great coffee * Not a huge food selection but it was well presented and tasty * One morning there was cava available already poured in a small glass CONS : * No bin in the bedroom * Some of the towels were a bit on the thin side * First 2 mornings the hot breakfast items weren't hot despite being in the restaurant when it opened but the next 2 mornings they were hot * Bar prices were more than I expected Overall a very good experience and I would definitely return in the future"

"We stayed at the Prince Park Hotel in Benidorm under rather difficult circumstances, as my elderly mother had been hospitalised nearby. From the moment we arrived, the kindness, compassion and helpfulness of the entire hotel team were simply outstanding. The hotel very kindly offered us a discounted room rate because of our circumstances, which was greatly appreciated. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They even lent us a wheelchair for my mother following her discharge from hospital, as the hospital was unable to provide one. This was an absolute lifesaver! On another occasion, when my friend accidentally left her handbag in an Uber taxi, the reception staff immediately stepped in and helped by speaking to the driver in Spanish. Their willingness to assist with absolutely everything was remarkable. The hotel itself was lovely. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and every member of staff, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and bar teams, was consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. The buffet-style breakfast and evening meals were excellent, with an impressive variety of good-quality, freshly prepared food to suit all tastes. There was also a lovely selection of wines. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to use the swimming pool, we particularly enjoyed sitting on the pleasant rear terrace, relaxing with cold drinks and snacks whenever we had a little time to ourselves. What could have been an extremely stressful and unpleasant stay was made so much easier by the genuine kindness and professionalism of everyone at the Prince Park Hotel. This is hospitality at its very best. We genuinely could not have asked for more, and I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm and would not hesitate to stay here again. Five stars, without question. "I have been to Prince Park often, but this was really the last time. The food was terribly little variety, cold, and some types of meat were not cooked properly. Rooms were clean but outdated. Staff in the restaurant were unhelpful and unfriendly; they really didn't care. No entertainment. Not three-star worthy. A shame, never again, definitely not recommended. Eating out every day shouldn't be allowed."
