"Awful staff not friendly at all and not helpful. Charged 300 euros for deposit when the room has over 10 damages in already including the door to the balcony that didn’t lock and wouldn’t change us to another room as we felt vulnerable and just said he was fully booked and told us to leave if we didn’t like it. WILL NEVER BE RETURNING"

"I would be extremely cautious when booking here as they request a 300 security deposit which can be paid by card only which is understandable - we seen reviews that people had issues with getting their deposits back but we but that down the damage being caused and people just not being happy with being charged for it How ever myself and my partner stayed here for 9 days and had requested a room on a low floor but ended up on the 17th floor. When we checked into our room we noticed the TV was damaged and because of the reviewed we had seen we took a picture of this and thankfully we did. When we returned home we had a charge for 275€ and when we queried it they said it’s because we had damaged the TV when we went back to advise that we have a picture that is time stamped that proves the TV was damaged upon our arrival they said we won’t be getting the deposit back that that damage is noticeable and the room as inspected after every check out and that we didn’t tell them about the damage. As they said themselves the rooms are inspected so to put knowledge they were aware of the damage already and we didn’t use the TV we took the picture and forgot about the damage because we didn’t cause it. We have been trying to call but the number provided has Spanish instructions that we don’t understand and they have stopped replying to our emails. We have had no choice but to seek advise from the European Consumer Centre We didn’t not cause this damage and have sufficient proof that we didn’t and when we asked for proof from them that it wasn’t damaged before our arrival they have stopped replying. It seems the know exactly what they are doing so my advise is don’t stay here and if you have to get them to inspect to room when you are present - we had requested this but were told no they have a schedule I wish we had demanded it as we are now at a loss"

"Stayed for a hen do as a group of 39. Panicked a little at the reviews but couldn’t fault it. Lovely pool area and bar. Bar staff were really lovely. Food good and drinks well priced. Room was spacious with the most huge balcony I’ve ever seen! Had all amenities to cook in the room, pans, plates, cutlery etc. comfy beds and aircon worked a treat. Would recommend. We did have a few near miss mugging incidents outside the hotel as it’s up a kind of back track but no fault of the hotel. Keep your wits about you."
