Presidente Hotel

"We have just returned from the Hotel Presidente in Benidorm we stayed there for two weeks full, I really can’t recommend this Hotel highly enough, great food, perfect location, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, the pool area has plenty of sun beds and a strict no smoking or vaping in any part of the pool area, reasonably priced drinks and quite probably one of the best night club entertainment venues on the resort, in the Philippines 10 on the bottom floor, we have stayed here several times and I wholeheartedly recommend it. But I couldn’t possibly leave the review without mentioning how hard working the staff here are, from the ladies who clean the rooms, the dining room staff, bar staff, security, maintenance and reception staff A special mention to Dani the restaurant manager he rigorously maintains the 4 Star supreme standards in the dining room, he works so hard, never seems to stop, it was with great sadness we heard that he’s leaving soon, he’s such an asset to the Hotel, I really hope he stays, then there is Aurelli one of the waitresses, friendly funny who always has a smile on her face and can often actually be seen bringing food to the table of guests with mobility issues, nothing is ever too much trouble for her, she is definitely one of the guest’s favourites, Antonio works on the dining rooms wine and drinks bar, he’s so funny it’s a pleasure to collect the wine each evening, all the other waitresses and waiters are brilliant as well, Laura, Alexandro, Richardo, Christian, Valery, Angelica, the dining room is very well run. The food is very good, they have a Japanese chef come in to provide really delicious authentic sushi every week, the Italian meals are delicious, I just wish they would provide an Indian chef to cook the Indian dishes, as they really don’t taste Indian, but as I say overall the food is excellent. Lastly a mention and a big thank you to Leny, Victoria and Nacho on the front desk, who are very friendly and professional, in the way they deal with any issues, it’s a great place to stay in Benidorm and I unreservedly recommend it."

"Recently returned from a family holiday at this hotel. Hotel is clean and modern. Room was great. Staff were friendly. Food was good. However the hotel is advertised as a “family hotel” however they do minimal to attract families. There is no kids entertainment - No mini disco, no kids club, no entertainment/music around the pool. There was no activities in the pool or at the pool bar. The majority clientele at this hotel is 70+. There was no atmosphere around the pool throughout the day. No floats allowed no balls allowed and no entertainment it seems. This hotel is in a great location very central. It’s modern and clean however does not live up to its potential."

Big shout out for Antonio in the restaurant bar always a pleasure to see him,perfect location, all the staff at this hotel work exceptionally hard to make your stay enjoyable."
