"Just spent a week here with with my husband and 2 teenage boys, stayed in a 2 bed appartment, this is just as we expected. It was clean lots of space balcony was large views were lovely. Yes there is a hill upto the appartment but we knew this when booking, was a little noisy during the nights people enjoying themselves "same wherever you stay in Benidorm" we left a deposit of 200 euros which was returned 10 mins after checking out with no issues. We had a lovely week made easier by staying in a lovely appartment."

"Strongly advise do not book or stay they do not tell you when you book that the hotel requires a 200 pound security deposit on arrival that has to be paid before keys are given Even if you leave the room spotless they do not return the deposit we stayed from wed 8th till thursday 16 th october caused no issues and never recieved the deposits pure theft Emails sent and calls made no response"

"Four of us staying in a two bedrooms apartment the first weekend of October First of all we were a little worried after seeing some reviews but we saw non of what we had read about Room was clean and tidy, little dated but fine, the apartment itself was really spacious The balcony was huge and got the sun all afternoon, views of Benidorm were amazing Especially in the evening for sunset Pool area nice and tidy, not too loud, easy to get a bed, pool bar was a little expensive but the food was nice We had no money go missing, no site of bugs in our room, non of the other things I’ve seen on other reviews We paid our 200€ deposit in cash and got it all back, just make sure you take your rubbish out to the bins The hill the hotel is on really isn’t that bad, took us about 15 minuets to walk to the beach Only negatives were that by the second day of our three day trip you could smell the drains which wasn’t pleasant in the room and the apartment part of the hotel doesn’t have a reception or anywhere to get food or drink unless you use a vending machine But the main part of the hotel is a two minute walk around the corner Overall I would come back for a long weekend with friends, wouldn’t choose it for a trip with a partner or family Don’t let the bad reviews worry you"
