"Extremely disappointing experience — bed bug bites and no accountability My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. During my stay, I was bitten multiple times, and I developed several red, swollen and itchy bites on my body. I have photographs clearly documenting the bites. I contacted the hotel immediately and informed them that I believed I had been bitten by bed bugs in their hotel. Unfortunately, instead of taking my complaint seriously and investigating the situation, the hotel simply denied that they had bed bugs. What is especially disappointing is that the hotel refused to acknowledge or properly address the problem despite the photographic evidence I provided. I would have expected at least a serious investigation of the room and a professional response to a guest reporting multiple bites after staying there. I cannot say with absolute certainty what caused the bites, but they appeared during/after my stay, and I have photographic evidence of the skin reactions. The hotel’s response was simply to deny that bed bugs were present, without offering any meaningful investigation or assistance. This experience completely undermined my trust in the hotel’s hygiene standards and customer service. I would not stay here again and would advise future guests to carefully inspect their room."

"The experience at the hotel fell well short of expectations. The room cleaning was inconsistent, and despite placing the cleaning request at 9:00 AM, sometimes by 2:00 PM the room still hadn't been cleaned, while the rooms next door had already been taken care of. One of the cleaning staff members was also unfriendly and arrogant (a mixed-race woman). The balconies were also not properly cleaned, remaining sandy, and the glass was dirty both on the balcony and inside the room. We also had problems with the room key cards, which stopped working on the magnetic lock twice, forcing us to go to the front desk. The buffet food had little variety, as did the desserts, and breakfast was practically always the same, with no variety throughout the stay. Some staff members were friendly and attentive, but the cleaning staff member's attitude left a lot to be desired. Furthermore, the cleaning ladies were unfriendly and quite arrogant. The terraces weren't cleaned properly either; they remained full of sand, and the glass was dirty. We also had problems with the room key cards, which stopped working on the magnetic door on two occasions, forcing us to go to the front desk. The buffet had little variety, as did the desserts, and breakfast was practically always the same, with no changes during our stay. Some employees were kind and attentive, but the attitude of the cleaning staff left much to be desired. Finally, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable."
