"Absolutely brilliant ! Excellent Customer Service special mention at Reception Karina she was very helpful and friendly . We want to say thanks also to the Restaurant Staff , very nice and professional people, The hotel is an quieter area , but close to the strip for those wanting a lively night out, rooms were clean and funtional, breakfast is superb, lot of choices of hot and cold food. We will definitely come back"

"very clean hotel but if you like comfort this hotel is not for you . 0ne 2 seater sofa in the entrance that has seen better days and very dirty. all other chairs are plastic no nice upholstered soft chairs any where . if you want a bad back book it. Food well what can i say and we are not fussy eaters but food was awful. veg veg and more veg , chips, monk fish, sword fish and 1 meat. chicken good pork o.k but the beef should be served with a hammer and nails to resole your shoes. same every night. location of hotel good . stayed for 8 nights never again"

"Lovely hotel with rooftop bar and terrace and beautiful views over benidorm. Across the road from the white sandy beach. Minutes walk into the old town with restaurants, bars, shops and everything you could wish for. Approx 30 minutes walk along the promenade to the new town. Food was lovely and freshly cooked. Only downfall was no swimming pool. Would definitely book a Seaview room next time, for the views and the larger balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and will be back!"
