"A good experience overall. All staff were friendly and helpful. Busy hotel but kept really clean. Nice bedrooms with good decor. Heard the neighbours when in the bathroom but much quieter in the bedroom. Maybe soundproofed. Good that the drinks on all inclusive are brands and not local drinks. No issues with waiting times at the bar. No issues getting a sun bed. Didnt stay in of an evening so cant comment on the evening entertainment. The only downside was the labelling of food in the restaurant. I dont eat meat and I felt there was a lack of veggie options but then even when something was likely veggie it never said so on the labelling. It also didnt say when something contained meat and whilst its obvious for chicken stew etc it isnt as obvious for many things.... For instance on Chinese night there were gyozas. I took one to the table to cut it to see the contents and it was meat but no mention and so that was wasted. I also took a spring roll and im pretty sure it was veggie but I had to dissect it to see, which isnt a great eating experience. So much easier if it just said it was veggie and i could have just enjoyed it. Then there was veg stir fry ...excellent ...and next to it egg fried rice. Got both, sat down and then found the egg fried rice had ham in it....grrrr. there was a stew that looked possibly veggie. Uniform chunks of somethingin it but i had to go sit down and Google it to find out it was veggie. Id never heard of it but that wouldnt have mattered if someone just added that it was suitable for vegetarians. It was called seitan stew. Similary there was an issue with the one pasta dish available each evening. Some evenings it was described as meat pasta (usually when it was tortellini shaped) or other nights just described as pasta when it was fusilli shaped but on Monday it said just pasta even though it was tortellini shaped so I got some...and it was meat...grrrr. I feel this is the only downside of the hotel and so easily resolvable. And whilst it would be great to have the veggie things together, what actually is important is labelling the food as suitable for veggies or not. It have given you 5 star if it hadnt been for this issue."

"​We really enjoyed our stay overall—the evening entertainment was good, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were remarkably spacious. However, a few areas, particularly pool maintenance, could use some attention. ​What We Loved: ​Rooms: Very large and kept spotless by housekeeping. ​Location: Excellent base for exploring—a 10–15 minute walk to nightlife and 20–25 minutes to the beach, with a great rock 'n' roll bar across the street. ​Service: Friendly, warm service across all departments. Special thanks to the fantastic TUI reps who went above and beyond. ​Food & Fun: Good food selection in the main restaurant and enjoyable nightly entertainment. ​Things to Note: ​Property Maintenance: The hotel feels a bit tired and requires repairs to consistently feel like a 4-star property. Notably, there is an uneven spot on the restaurant floor that is a potential trip hazard. ​Pool Experience: Broken sunbeds need replacing and the snack bar could be improved. Keep in mind that neighbouring hotels block the sun over most of the pool area except for one corner, so sunbathing spots fill up fast. ​Lifts: Can be slightly slow during peak hours, though waiting times are generally reasonable. ​ Despite the need for ongoing maintenance, the spacious rooms, great location, and delightful staff make this a hotel I would still recommend—provided you set realistic expectations regarding the pool and property condition."
