"This is our 3rd stay in this hotel. Really good location, close walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Benidorm Palace dinner show- which is incredible if you get a chance to see it. Also close to tourist attractions such as Mundomar Zoo and Aqualand - both are amazing for all ages and cheap tickets using get your guide app.
We stayed in the deluxe apartments. It was very clean and always smelt fresh, especially in the hall ways. The only thing i would say, is that if you're going in the slightly cooler months, the pools were not heated (May 17th - May 23rd) including the indoor pool, several people tried to get in but was just too cold for everyone, so was a bit unpleasant on the not so hot days.
The food was amazing, great variety. The breakfast had a variety of fresh juices, hot drinks and water. A good range of different milks for anyone with intolerances, lots of fresh fruit such as a selection of melons, apples, pineapples etc. Was an option for fried breakfast, pastries, pancakes, cereal, meats and cheeses. The chefs had a fresh omelette station daily in the mornings. Lunch and dinner was always a huge variety, always something for everyone even for picky eaters. There wasn't one meal time that i didn't enjoy - the all inclusive is definitely worth it when staying here.
There is a large range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks including some cocktails in the all inclusive. Waiters and Waitresses were amazing and polite - all has amazing English and nothing was too much for them - always happy to help. The only thing i would say, is on occasions, some of the food could have been a bit hotter, but i guess that depends on what time you come the buffet. And also when busy, we didn't get our drinks until nearly finished with our mains. The pudding selection was huge also, ranging in cakes, jelly, trifles and fruit.
We had a free spa pass with our deluxe apartment, so we both used it on our last day, would really recommend. There was a sauna, steam room, a large jacuzzi, large jet pool, cold relaxing beds made of tiles, a hot stone walk way and a variety of different showers with different settings and temperatures. We didn't have any treatments, but they treatment list looked amazing and really good prices. The gym also looked very modern and a lot of different equipment - however we didn't use this, it is down with the spa if you want to go there. As we went on our last day, this meant we could have a shower before our flight home, all towels and shampoos were provided, along with hair dryers and electric sockets in the changing rooms. We just had to pay for the hair caps and silicone shoes.
There was a bad smell out the front of the hotel, i guess this won't affect many peoples holidays, however we sat out the front tables most nights with a drink listening to the acts from the bar opposite, and it was quite unpleasent. Not sure if it was the drains or bins outside, but a similar smell could be smelt when showering.
Another down fall, there was a lot of noise in the deluxe apartments from 8am-7pm as there is construction going on right next to the deluxe block. There was loud banging, drilling and other construction noise between these hours which we were not notified about at all. Was slightly annoying as was woken up in the mornings and mid day we would come back to the room to chill and couldn't really sit on the balcony as very noisy. After these hours, it was silent, wouldn't even know you were in Benidorm.
There are some really good bars opposite and slightly down the road if you don't want to go far. Tropical directly opposite had amazing entertainment from 7pm - 1 am. Couldn't hear this in the hotel if you are looking for a quiet night. Some entertainment was provided in the hotel, such as karaoke however we did not participate in any of this. Never had to fight over sun beds either, always plenty of room around both outdoor hotels.
Overall amazing hotel, would recommend to anyone wanting a quieter experience of Benidorm, not near the party and noise, but close enough if you wanted to experience this. We would also recommend going to the old town for a walk around, lots of nice shops and views."
