"Staff were very rude, abrupt and like they didn’t have the time to help with anything. Got up at breakfast to go and get a cup of coffee and they took breakfast away from the table before we had finished saying they were closed now. Watched a member of staff filling up the juice machine at breakfast when they opened it up it was full of mold inside. Black mold in the rooms. Very strict about eating and drinking anything not purchased at the bar around the pool, very rude when communicating this slamming a sign in our face. Deposit was €150 for the room this is staff discretion and depends on age i think. Atmosphere from staff was quite hostile. Will not be returning next year!!"

"Booked here for a lads holiday. All the staff were really friendly & went the extra mile for you, nothing was too much. The whole hotel is really clean & maids clean rooms everyday, shampoo & shower gel is provided in rooms. We had pool view rooms which were spot on all rooms have plenty of storage with hanging space as well as drawers , bedsides & dressing table Safes are available in all rooms but are chargeable, as are fridges. We had breakfast on our last day which cost 10€ & was paid at reception.....well worth it. Cereals, pastries, cakes fruit, full cooked breakfast with hash browns & black pudding, breads, toasts, hot & cold drinks. Hotel bar is great & well stocked with good selection of drinks Dont hesitate to book here the location is spot on with everything you need on the doorstep. We will definitely be back"

"Having stayed in Benidorm for the past 13 years this is by far the worse Hotel I have had the misfortune of staying in. The Reception Staff were extremely arrogant, obviously not fans of the British Holiday Makers who contribute greatly to their economy and without whom they would not have a job. They were abrupt, when I enquired about an early breakfast the receptionist did not even look me in the eye but said we don't do that nor did they offer a small take away breakie which we have had in many other hotels. The pictures of the "sunny" pool area are not true to fact, they only get the sun around 4pm due to high rise hotels around them. Yes it was close to the strip, 3 doors down from Cafe B and no noise from there, however, it does not advise about the Red Dog Saloon directly opposite which is a disco for locals as well as Live Sex Shows, the noise level from customers in the street was deafening and went on until 8am. We did ask to be moved but was told they were full however if we paid a further 27 Euro per day they would move us, we are not youngers out all hours we are 2 ladies of a certain age. Unlike other guests we were not asked for a deposit so had no issues with that. The Housekeepers were ok, our room was cleaned, but then again we left it tidy. Breakfast was ok, the staff in the dining room were very nice and jolly. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are planning on being out all night or have pool side views to eliminate the noise. Reception Staff need to attend a Customer Service Course to learn how to speak to their guests in an appropriate polite manner. Will not be returning, we'll stick with staying in the Old Town."
