"Beautiful hotel! Affordable . Room cleaned daily . Bedrooms are modern and well equipped. Tea, coffee and water provided. Food is fantastic! Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and the bar . Free shuttle bus to take you to the beach hourly. Ky friend and I had the best time here!! And will definitely go back again."

"Disappointing Less bad that I only had bed and breakfast, which was okay, nothing more (though do wake up early if you want to eat something) The worst part was the room; that bit about them being renovated in 2023, I don't know up to which floor, but mine was quite deteriorated, very noisy, the nights were eternal (voices, noises at late hours...) In short, I will not return."

"We enjoyed our second stay at the Hotel Benidorm East and, once again, found it to be a good base for a holiday in Benidorm. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout, and our room was kept clean during our stay. The rooms are perhaps looking a little tired in places, but this is reflected in the price and, for what we paid, we felt it offered good value for money. Everything was clean and comfortable, which is what matters most to us. The housekeeping team were friendly and did a great job, while the reception team were also welcoming, helpful and polite whenever we dealt with them. The hotel is up a fairly steep hill, although we already knew this from our previous visit, and the location works well for us. Overall, we had another enjoyable stay and would happily consider returning again. A good-value hotel with friendly staff and a clean, well-kept environment."
