Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances

"The rooms are very basic, no draw space for cloths, just a rail to hang cloths. No tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms, no shower curtain around shower. Reception checking was very good. NOT VERY DISABLED FRIENDLY, there is a ramp to get into the hotel for wheelchair users but is very steep and bends, once in the hotel again a steep ramp in reception to get to the lift. There is no lift access to get to the bar/nightly entertainment area, you have to go out the hotel down the curvy ramp, go round the front of the hotel then in through the patio area, this is the same to get to the swimming pool area. The staff are friendly. The food was good with plenty of choice, on a buffet style. The hotel is up a hill and a 30 min walk to the beach but the hotel do have a shuttle bus which runs every 20 min, depending on the driver if he will take wheelchairs."

"The pool is extremely deep apart from a small section, No use of Lilos or inflatables so don’t waste your money . If you want to play with a ball In the water there is a tiny section this is permitted in . Drinks and food expensive, English was quite limited from several of the staff The rooms are clean and adequate , and the hotel provide a free shuttle to Levante which is helpful and saves the walk up and down the hill. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are so many other options ."

"This hotel was very good all the staff were very friendly ! We stayed in room 923 which had amazing views the room itself was very clean couldnt fault it and there was a great selection at breakfast ! The hotel is situated up a steep hill in a quiet area away from the noise and we made good use of the complimentary shuttle bus . We would definitely come back to this hotel"
