"Too many groups the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything even down to someone sneezing in the next room, there seems to be a lot of disrespectful guests here, shouting, screaming, banging the doors and dragging furniture around, we called down to reception early hours of 1 morning to ask them to come to our floor and deal with a drunken man and his wife who was arguing and going in and out their room and banging and crashing, but they did nothing, so I had to go out and tell them to keep the noise down. No fridge or kettle facilities but you can hire a kettle from reception Beds were comfortable and the rooms had good AC I found a few of the staff to be quite rude at times. The food was very nice and the cleaners did an amazing job. Location of the hotel was great. Would I return.... unfortunately not"
