The Flamingo Beach Resort is ideal if you want a getaway that’s near enough to the heart of the action, but far enough away for some well-deserved relaxation. If you fancy trying out the local bars and restaurants, you’ll find plenty within a five-minute wander. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the powder-soft sands of Playa de Levante.
When you’re not out and about exploring, the poolside is the place to be. There are three pools to choose from, and each one is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace topped with sunbeds, as well as a handful of couple-sized Bali beds. And you needn’t worry about being hungry or thirsty – two poolside bars keep the drinks and snacks coming during the day.
Activities-wise, you can get involved with games of darts and table tennis. You can also book onto cycling tours or hire bikes. Yoga classes are occasionally on the cards, or you can head to the gym for a workout.
When it comes to food, you’re covered by a buffet restaurant that serves international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And for drinks, the rooftop cocktail bar steaks the show. Head here in the evenings for sundowners done the right way.
