"The room maid was amazing Jessel in the snack bar was amazing I was with my disabled mother and they was awful to her they denied my mother a drink of water at 12,10 the day we was departing Maria and fernando on the reception treated us with the worse disrespect we got put on the 8th floor all though my mother has difficulty walking the tv didn't work the telephone in room did not work. The ladies and gentlemen on the bar near the pool call you names like puta I'm Spanish as soon as your back is turned the hotel staff and the food are repulsive and I would never step foot or recommend this hotel ever again"

"Just had 10 days in Dynastic hotel Benidorm. 3rd year running. Friendly staff on arrival and throughout the hotel. Excellent choices in restaurant catering for all. One of the group was a vegetarian another a pescaterian. Even had a gluten free baguette to hand. Hotel was clean. Poolside opens at 10am so no sunbeds saved. Great selection at the bar. Great location. Less that 10 minute walk to either the beach or the strip. Definitely return again."

"Started off with my holiday not looking to a good start, walked into the room looked on the beds and bed bugs were everywhere, as soon as we saw this we went downstairs and reported it to a member of staff who immediately looked into it and offered to change us rooms, we then swapped to a different room where the wardrobe hadn’t been cleaned due to tags and hairs all over and a strange substance on the wall inside, where again we raised it and staff expressed sincere apologise and sent a cleaner up to help and also someone to look what was in the wardrobe - while we may not have had a good start for the rest of our holiday the staff really excelled in making things right such as the manager checking in on us calling to ensure everything was upto standard and the entertainment team being top tier running games such as water basket which was our favourite. However, our band broke so had to go get a new one and felt pressured to leave a 5 star review just to receive a brand new band which I found strange and have took down due to feeling pressured. Overall a really good stay apart from the first day which can be down to a few mistakes which can be improved. The size of rooms were extremely good - we stayed in a sky room and it was perfect large area and also the view was amazing."
