Deloix Aqua Center Hotel

"Stayed here for 8 nights at the end of September and the hotel itself was lovely, I would have no issues returning. The pool is big, albeit can be cold, and the sunbeds weren't never left reserved, so could be used at all times of the day. Whenever we felt the outdoor pool was cold, we used the indoor one which was heated. Breakfast was always good. We ate out a few evenings, as the offerings at dinner can range, but we did always find something that we could eat. Its far enough away from the hussle and bussle but close enough to walk in and explore the town. Hotel was always clean, staff always friendly and approachable. Had evening entertainment every night too. Would happily recommend Hotel Delox."

"Arrived at 1.30 am checked in , and we was asked to go and grab food if we was hungry, fantastic first impressions, the room was clean and modern standards, poolside was excellent enough sun loungers to go round , pool bar was great, reasonable prices, went half board , food was excellent plenty of variety , location was great , plenty of bars , supermarket s nearby, bus stop right outside the hotel, also approx 25/30 min walk to the beach ,overall fantastic hotel ,will definitely recommend"

"Hotel Deloix offers misleading information about the hotel’s kids’ club facilities. When searching and booking our holiday, we specifically filtered for a hotel offering a kids’ club. This was not an incidental preference; it was an important requirement for our family and one of the facilities we deliberately look for when booking holidays. We relied on the information presented by Loveholidays when making our booking. However, once at the hotel, we discovered that the facility described as a “kids’ club” was not what a reasonable consumer would understand that term to mean. There was no meaningful supervised childcare provision. Instead, parents were expected to supervise their own children. This is materially different from the service we believed we were purchasing. I am particularly concerned that the hotel is marketed as having a kids’ club when, in reality, parents cannot leave their children there under appropriate supervision. Had this been made clear at the point of booking, we would not have selected this hotel. The situation was particularly frustrating because the hotel also has an adults-only pool. The obvious benefit to parents of such a facility is being able to use it while children are safely occupied in a supervised kids’ club. Without genuine supervised childcare, this facility provides little practical benefit to a family travelling with children. As a result, an important feature of the holiday we specifically selected and paid for was not provided as we reasonably understood it to have been advertised. This materially affected our enjoyment of the holiday and put a significant downer on what should have been a relaxing family break."
