Climia Benidorm Plaza

"Never a 4 star hotel, check in staff pleasant to the Spanish guests, abrupt to us. Worst room I've stay in, and I've stayed in many hotels in Benidorm. We were half board and ended up eating out everyday. Breakfast consisted of everything floating in oil and basic, ended up having rolls and cheese. Only plus point it the location which is perfect. Pictures on website were not the ones for our room."

"What an amazing hotel we were supposed to be staying in an apartment 5 mins away but had to move due to it not being accessible with all the steps due to my wife's mobility issues but so glad we were moved the staff were amazing the food was very good with loads of choices the rooms were also very good they gave us a room with a walk in shower and plenty of storage for our stuff also had a nice veranda to sit out and have a drink or play cards the air conditioning is very also good it also has a safe but u have to pay xtra for that the rooms are very clean and they clean the room and change the towels every day the gym is good only small but everything u need had a nice sized pool outside with loads of sun loungers and parasols it's only 5 mins from the old town centre and 10 mins from Levante beach would highly recommend this place"

"We visited for 4 nights with a couple of friends. Hotel rooms were clean and basic, as expected. No issues with room. Staff were nice. Drinks a little expensive for a benidorm hotel. Pool was a decent size but due to the high buildings sun was only around for a couple hours and we kept moving beds. Only a 5 min walk to beach. We didn't have food here so can't comment on that. No issues really with the hotel, I would stay here again if coming with friends as its close to bars and restaurants. I wouldn't come here as a couple."
