Urban Hotel

"First time we have been here and I'm glad we went it was close to all amenities but nice and quiet, the hotel was very clean staff were all friendly and I couldn't fault the food not to big a hotel but that's what I like will definitely be using this hotel again probably for are next holiday"

"This hotel was so clean and friendly food and entertainment was great you could not fault any off the staff.Although up a steep hill, I am 83 years old I found it no trouble. There were local bars as well where I was dancing most nights"

"Just returned from benidorm Rialto hotel and it was awsome, so clean everywhere, the staff are brilliant hard working people, always on hand to help with anything you ask of them, the food was nice plenty to choose from, the staff again always clearing your table fast, no plates laying on the tables, the whole hotel runs on sheer hard work to keep it clean, and running smoothly, enjoyed our holiday so much because the hotel was just perfect a BIG thankyou to all the staff at the rialto hotel , there was only problem, we were given two singles when we ordered a double and my husband who is badly dissabled fell out of the bed and hit his head and hurt his spine on the concrete floor which made him unwell for a while"
