"We have visited the Meliá Alicante on a number of occasions and each time our experience has been fantastic. From entering the hotel, a sense of complete relaxation comes over you. We, as always, stayed in The Level, something which we highly recommend. The personal touch exuded by all the staff from the very start of our visit to the time we checked out is exceptional and a rarity in this day and age. Alexandria on the front is so welcoming and professional each and every time you visit The Level. The lounge itself is an oasis of calm with stunning views across the beach and Mediterranean. Wines and cava flow freely while the early-evening, hour-long, named spirits’ time is an understandably, very popular time. Topping off our experience in The Level was the exceptional work and friendliness of Gloria and Rocio who always go the extra mile to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Thank you, ladies. Location cannot be beaten and the view from the Level lounge overlooking the beach is fabulous when you are having breakfast or enjoying drinks in the evening. A special mention to all of the waiting staff, managers and chefs at Trasluz restaurant, it’s absolutely outstanding for a hotel restaurant. A five star hotel all the way."
