"The hotel is very clean and tidy,great position one street back from the beach end of the marina. Easy walking access to lots of bars and restaurants.We stayed in room 2 which is a little confusing as it should say 302, as it was on the third floor. There is a code entry to the hotel, you can get this if not sent to you, by calling the reception on the sixth floor which is open 10am -4pm.the room key code and the floor key code are the same.Staff were very helpful and room got cleaned every day. Would definitely use this hotel again."

"We stayed one night at Ventura premium in Jan 2026, Room was small but clean but the difficult part was poor customer service, We booked through their own website and simple message took hours to get reply back from beginjng. and just attaching a screen shot, they replied hours after we checked out the tone jn the message , did not like it for that reason will not go here again"
