"For a 4-star hotel, it is too poor; the TVs are not smart TVs, the beds are flimsy, the rooms are so-so, it left much to be desired, highly not recommended if you are looking for a 4-star hotel, it is a two-star at most."

"Title: A pleasant surprise, beautiful rooms and impeccable cleanliness I did not know this hotel chain and I must say that the Eurostars Amara surprised me favorably. The entrance, with its paintings, initially gives a somewhat retro impression, but you only need to get to the room to change your mind: very beautiful, spacious, and functional environments, with comfortable beds. The cleanliness was impeccable, with truly remarkable care of the room. A special compliment to the person who took care of the daily tidying up, for the precision and attention shown: a job done very well and that deserves to be recognized. The bathroom is also large and functional, equipped with a bidet; I really appreciated finding hair conditioner among the products available, a small detail that is anything but taken for granted. Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast, and a small but functional gym. The hotel is also very quiet, ideal for resting after a day spent visiting the city. The location is not inconvenient, but you have to consider that you need to walk a bit to reach the historic center and the beach. For us it was not a problem, but it could be for those who are not used to walking long distances. Very convenient, however, for those who need to go to the stadium. Overall, a definitely positive stay and good value for money. I would gladly return!"

"As usual, no surprises with Eurostars, which we have been frequenting for years and in different countries. Friendliness, service, cleanliness, quality of the breakfasts, of the restaurant, everything is there to ensure the stay is a success. A small note: the hotel is located 20 meters from a low-emission zone and it is not specified; I think it should be pointed out to future guests to potentially avoid a €200 fine."
