Hotel Monte Ulia

"A lovely little quiet hotel with plenty of free parking in site. Bus stop outside hotel allows easy access into the town centre. Room was basic but had everything we needed, including a little fridge and terrace. The air conditioning worked well. The room was spotless and was cleaned each day of our stay . The staff were welcoming and very helpful !"

"Extremely disappointing experience with zero hospitality or flexibility. Due to a system glitch, our reservation was processed for one guest instead of two. When we arrived at check-in, we immediately explained the situation and offered to pay the price difference to upgrade to a double room. The staff informed us they had no rooms available for two people across the entire hotel. Since they physically could not accommodate us, we had no choice but to walk away and pay for emergency lodging at a different hotel. What is most disgraceful is that management completely refused to approve even a partial refund or fee waiver through Agoda, despite being unable to host us. They took 100% of our money for a room we couldn't use. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else with better customer care."

"Excellent hotel in the outskirts of San Sebastian. The hotel is clean with a friendly staff. Air conditioning works fine and the room had a new tv (football world cup). Breakfast was nice with gluten free alternatives."
