"Lovely hotel, however our car was damaged while in the custody of the Hotel Valet and after the Front Office Manager telling us that they would investigate it thoroughly including reviewing camera footage of the garage where the Hotel valets guest vehicles, the Hotel did nothing leaving us as guests to deal with the damage caused by their staff. This definitely altered our experience and view of the hotel. We would recommend the hotel but only if you park your own car or don’t have one at all."

My stay at the hotel Maria Christina in San Sebastian was remarkable in every way. From the doorman to the front desk-staff, to the waitresses in the restaurant and the maids, the hotel was absolutely top-notch. My wife and I were fortunate enough to have been upgraded, and our room was sensational with a view towards the ocean and the river that flows through San Sebastián. The staff was always friendly, and eager to share recommendations. Yoellis, a receptionist, was particularly helpful. She assisted us throughout our stay and assisted my wife by The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city."
