"We had water problems the 3 days we were there and we got no refund or apology! “A room for 4” means jumping over each bed to get to another - very cramped. It was modern inside and provided breakfast was a very small croissant and a drink. Very overpriced but so is everything in San Sebastián! "

"Dingy little hotel. Damp dark room, plugs didn’t work, noisy and un welcoming. Threadbare towels and broken lights. Young man at desk took ages to arrive and check us in although he was reasonably helpful. The only good thing to note was parking, a good shower and near buses into lovely San Sebastián. We only returned to hotel to sleep as nowhere comfortable in hotel (if you can call it that) to sit and relax. Massively overpriced. Very disappointed."

"This was probably the worst 'hotel' I have ever stayed in! When we arrived the door was locked. Within a couple of minutes a young guy literally brushed past us and unlocked the door to let us in. He was sweating heavily and did not bother saying hello or greet us.He asked for payment upfront (we know why now as I expect some guests would look to self discount should they pay on check out). My friend accompanying me on our trip was allocated a room opposite mine.In both rooms: The bed covers were stained badly. The TV did not work. The windows could not be opened as they looked broken. We were told that only one other guest was checked in but in fact the place was full. it was noisy and you heard other guests from the moment they walked in to going into their respective rooms. The general decor was old and scruffy. There was an unpleasant smell generally in every area of this place and the so called relaxing terraced breakfast area was horrible. This is not worth £30 per night leave alone £85. I see some people have paid over £130 per night. Avoid this very unpleasant over rated accommodation"
