"Outlying area with bars and restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Easily accessible by a direct bus. What was not liked · For a 4-star hotel, not offering restaurant service for lunch or dinner seems a little unusual to me, without room service. The staff was fine, but sometimes they turned up their noses when asked for an extra umbrella. The bathroom was dirty at the time of check-in."

"We arrived at 1:30 p.m. We are greeted by making it clear that the rooms are from 2 p.m. while the guests before us have not had any notice. I had booked parking in advance, the receptionist offers us to park outside for free. I ask him if inside too since I had booked. She says yes! In fact she just didn’t want to do the work. We go up to the room, we are 2 adults and a 5 year old. One bed and one broken mirror. Coming back to the room at about 5pm when we had closed the window on our way out, smelled like a horrible closed door. We complain at the reception because the broken mirror and the smell it is not possible. But they can do nothing because there is no cleaning team and the hotel is full. We are offered a machine to disinfect the room. In short they ended up offering us breakfast this morning but because we asked for it. We will pass our way next time because the hotel does not deserve 4 stars."
