"Its like a hidden gem in the building which don't at all look like a hotel. BUT, its so comfortably located on the first floor, a few steps away from the bus/train station and 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre. Rooms are very clean and bright. In the hall there is a coffee machine, small kitchenette, a cozy sofa and a fridge to store/warm your own meal."

"Unfortunately, I was no longer able to leave official feedback, as the feedback period had already expired. However, I still very much wanted to share my impressions, as our experience at your hotel was truly memorable. My friend and I began our trip to Lisbon and Porto, and your hotel was our second stop. We stopped in your hotel 6- 8 January. Looking back, I can honestly say it was one of the best places we stayed during the entire journey — the other accommodations unfortunately paled in comparison. From the outside, the building appeared rather large and not particularly inviting, so our expectations were modest. This made our surprise even greater when we saw how clean, beautiful, and well-maintained the hotel was inside. Everything was tasteful and clearly well cared for, making our stay very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the reception team — their warm, smiling, and helpful service left a lasting impression on us. I was particularly touched when I was even able to borrow a computer mouse after I couldn’t find my own. These small but thoughtful gestures truly make a difference. Another detail I appreciated was that your hotel is the tallest building in the city. This made it an excellent landmark and navigation point — we always found our accommodation easily, and getting lost was never a problem. "We chose this accommodation because it was close to coach and rail stations. I think it was a good choice as staying in the old town may be quite noisy! Our superior double room was large, modern, bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The communal kitchen and seating area was great with a small fridge for guest use as well. A fifteen-minute walk to the old town and a bit less to the Gros area. There is a supermarket within a five-minute walk too. All staff we came into contact with were extremely friendly and helpful."
