"Clean, fairly basic hotel in the Old Town. Rooms in the front can be a bit noisy from street noise, those in the back are quiet. Beds are comfortable. No breakfasts but there is an excellent cute little bakery/coffee shop called Charamel just down the street. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Our one complaint was that the “superior deluxe” room we booked looked nothing like the website picture—it was under a garret with skylights but no windows you could see out, and was quite stuffy on a warm October evening. See pic 1. We complained but they couldn’t move us until the next night because they were booked. The room for our second night was very nice and light and quiet and they supplied a fan, which was great. See pic 2."

"Location is in the middle of old town, just a couple of minutes walk to Plaza Nueva where good pintxos bars flock together. The receptionists are friendly and my bedroom/bathroom were clean. The slight annoyance is squeaky sound on the floor when you step. Other than that, I didn't see any negative point while the tariff was quite reasonable."

"Excellent location in the old town, for public transportation, restaurants, and typical tourist sites. My room was spacious, modern, and well designed for the traveler; the bed comfortable. 10 stars for receptionist Michell was so welcoming, warm, and helpful with information. "
