"The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore Bilbao walking and with great transport options to visit the rest of town and the surrounding villages and sites. The hotel is great for families, people with disabilities (fully adapted for wheelchair users and visually impaired people) and dog owners. Truly everyone is included! The service is faultless, we were treated with a smile every time in reception and in the restaurant for breakfast (very good by the way). Andoni in the busy morning breakfast period was kind and helpful and extremely attentive to all. We had a wonderful stay and we'll repeat. Ilunion for sure are great hotels!"

"The hotel room was ok, but the staff were terrible. On leaving the hotel we realised we had locked our keys in the car. We asked the reception for help to contact the car rental company and she refused told us we had to call them from a payphone (not that there are pay phones in the 21st century) thankfully the staff in the metro were not like that and called the recovery people for us."

"First thing to note, this hotel is just above the bus station! We did not know this and spent 20 mins going around in circles with Google maps! Just jump on the bus from airport and it's literally 2 mins from the bus terminal. 2 mins to tram stop that will take you to old town, museums etc. Few minutes walk to stadium if here for a sports event. Hotel itself is great. Room is very modern. Has fridge, free safe, tv, hairdryer, plenty of hanging space and very comfy beds. Toiletries in bathroom along with dental and shaving kits! Very quiet with excellent breakfast. We will definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend. Bars and restaurants nearby."
