"Friendly lady at reception, helped me with parking my motorbike in the garage. Room large enough, good bathroom.Wifi good. Bed very hard, didn’t sleep well. Breakfast very sober, no eggs no croissant, plenty of bread and cheese"

"Very happy I chose the Bilbao Plaza as opposed to being in the middle of the old town. You have to really look for it tho, it's a very inconspicuous door and the parking is weird. You take your car in an elevator to the lower level, but it worked. Can't remember the cost. One of the workers was especially sweet, we got a free water and treat when we checked in. Room was a good size with good TV and view over the water. But the bathroom had a very slippery shower, small sink and bad toilet paper. Overall a good value."

"Stayed for a few days the last week of April, check in was quick, reception staff very helpful, on our 11am arrival we were told our room was available which was a nice surprise. The location is spot on, easy walking to the Guggenheim, several bridges, funicular, Ribera market, Bilboboat trips, Nuevo Plaza etc. The room/ bed was comfortable, the bathroom/shower was small, breakfast was ok and overall the hotel was good value. I thank the staff for their good service. We arrived by bus from the airport, cost 15 euros, 40 mins, travelling time and the reception ordered us a taxi for our departure which arrived in 5 mins, cost 37 euros for 2 people, 20 mins travelling time which we thought was good value."
