"Nos dijeron al hacer el check in que podíamos aparcar el coche gratuitamente en el parking de la esquina bueno, pues nos han multado porque es un parking para residentes y ahora pasan de responsabilidades When you ask while dropping off luggage and checking in where to park the car they may tell you that ''there is a free parking lot around the corner'' Well, we've fined and happens they don't remember of their words Just as well it wasn't towed off luckily"

"Be sure to ask for the nice room with an outstanding view on the moon ! Nice hotel in a quite atypical place. It has nothing to do with big franchised hotels and you we had a very lovely time there ! The elevator has 2 doors !"

"· Easy to find. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets, towels. Lovely modern looking bathroom. Breakfast was adequate and very reasonably priced - actually they seem to include breakfast in the price for everyone. I was given breakfast free, but even at the listed €5 it's fair value. I've seen a few complaints here about the breakfast and it was fine - typical basic continental style breakfast. There was tea, coffee, juice, breakfast cereals, pre-wrapped buns, fresh bread for toasting, butter, jams, pate. · There was nothing I didn't like about the place itself. It had a slight disadvantage in that it was a good fifteen minutes walk from the main city centre and a ten minute walk from restaurants. There's a lot of building work going on at the moment in the area but that doesn't affect the place. In fact, I would say that when the work is finished this area will be very attractive for visitors to Bilbao."
