"Disgusting service. The administrators are rude and disrespectful, saying that guests’ problems are not their problems and that they will not solve them. We paid around €600 for a room, and they gave us one that smelled of tobacco. We had to stay there for three days with a horrible tobacco smell, even though we paid more than €150 per night. The staff on the first day at least tried to do something, but the manager named Boussad was openly rude and made no attempt to address the issue. He clearly didn’t and still doesn’t care. Absolutely terrible service. I also want to warn that the hotel is located on a square full of people, so it’s impossible to sleep at night. On top of that, the hotel reeks of urine, since people relieve themselves right at the hotel doors. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel."
