NH Barcelona Eixample

"Whilst I agree with the other reviews regarding the staff and reception, I’ve marked the hotel down mainly because of the rooms. They are very dated and definitely in need of updating. It’s also the only hotel I’ve stayed in in recent years where no bottled water is provided in the room. Tea and coffee have to be obtained from the restaurant, which I found a little unusual. Breakfast was just okay for me, to be honest — nothing particularly special. Overall, I probably wouldn’t return. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night post-cruise."

"Good hotel in Eixample. Price/quality wise a good choice. Clean rooms and very friendly staff in the hotel"

"The hotel needs a renovation and a re-design. There was mold in the bathroom and everything was old , furniture, parquet, bathroom. There was no complimentary water in the room, no coffee maker and boiling kettle with a few complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags that you can even find in a one star hotel. Just need to change your management I suppose who can create a better atmosphere and be up-to-date and creative. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. it was super expensive for such a hotel. The only positive thing was the nice and friendly staff."
