"Look no further, Lugaris Beach apartments are top notch accommodations. Clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, dining, grocery stores, you name it. The staff is friendly and communicates on an ongoing basis throughout your stay. They also have a staffed reception area which is very helpful. My stay was perfect."

"This was one of those trips that truly stays in your memory ❤️ We stayed there as a family with two children, and from the very first moments we felt that we had found a very special place. The apartment was extremely comfortable, beautifully designed, and very thoughtfully prepared for a family stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and prepared to a very high standard. Another huge advantage is the location — close to everything while still peaceful and relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the pool 😊 But what impressed us the most was the staff. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. We honestly haven’t experienced such warm hospitality in a very long time. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to postpone our flight and stay longer 😊 That probably says it all. Thank you for the beautiful time and wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to all our friends and fami"

"We stayed here for one week with my family, and unfortunately the apartment did not meet our expectations at all. The photos online made the place look much nicer than what we found in reality. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The biggest disappointment was that the apartment did not have a smart TV, even though the pictures suggested a more modern setup. When we complained at reception, we were told that none of the rooms in the entire building have a smart TV. This made us feel like we paid a premium price for something no different from the cheaper rooms. Another major issue was the swimming pool. The pictures online made it look clean and attractive, but in reality it was very disappointing. The area around the pool was dirty, with bird mess everywhere, and it clearly wasn’t being cleaned regularly. It was honestly disgusting and nothing like what was advertised. We also had concerns about safety inside the apartment. The door to the room had very little security, and a child could easily open it from the inside. We actually felt better whenever we went out to visit the city, but the moment we came back to the apartment, the disappointment returned. The place simply didn’t give us the comfort or quality we expected for the amount we paid. To be fair, the reception staff were nice and polite, but that was the only positive part of our experience. Overall, the apartment and facilities did not match the value of the money we spent. We were not happy with the quality, the amenities, or the overall experience."
