"Front desk staff was nice and help but beyond that they don’t refill the refrigerator even with water except for on the first day. They will hold your luggage before and after check out which is nice. The pool is super basic but pretty. Never saw anyone there. When it rained it sounded like a dryer with rocks in it and it was impossible to sleep. I’m not sure what the rain hit but my parents had the same issue in their room. The worst part is the walls are paper thin and I mean paper thin. Every morning at 7 someone would wake me up by leaving their room or being outside their room. So basic my big complaint is quality of sleep since it will be hard to with all the sound"

"The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, they helped with booking taxis and explaining the train system to us. The rooms were big, clean and had all the facilities you need (hairdryers, TV, shampoo/conditioner/Lotion ect). The location itself was beautiful but you would definitely need to take a taxi or the train to the main tourist bits(which was super easy as the train station is a few roads down). Overall it was a 10/10 experience ! :)"

"I stayed here for 5 nights and the room was very clean, pleasant and with air conditing, which was needed in his heat and humitidy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The whole area is beautiful, and the pool was never too busy. We had wonderful views of the top of Tibidabu from both our room and the pool. The staff were so helpful and there were no issues communicating, despite my limited Spanish! The glass at the front of the building could do with a clean, but honestly, that is the only thing I could say that was negative. My window in my room was very clear and clean! I would definitely come back again. There is easy access to both trains and busses and a coffee shop, convenience store and pharmacy just a couple of blocks away. The old town is beautiful and less than 5 minutes away. I would come here again. "
