"I stayed at this hotel on a half board basis so I got my breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great nice selection with a omelette station. The chef was great and made omelettes to order. Dinner however was a little disappointing, it was a set menu so the choice was limited and same every night. I had to book the spa and was told I had to pay to use the pool, sauna and steam room which I thought was a little unfair seeing as I’d already paid to stay at the hotel and the facilities should be included, the gym is 24 hours and free to use. The hotel is about a 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The room was really clean and fresh, the maids work very hard, staff in general are friendly and helpful and most speak good English."

"Well out of the city centre which reflects the price. Next door to huge Westfield shopping centre. Depending on the purpose of your visit would be expensive and time consuming travelling around everyday. As Australians we are used to a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room but not here, not even a box of tissues. Room size was good and everything was clean. Shower in bathtub would be a trap for older people as quite slippery. Plenty of power outlets in room. Only 1 chair in the room so someone sits on the bed the whole time."

The professional and friendly staff, who provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was rich, varied, and full of fresh ingredients – a perfect start to a day in Barcelona.
