"Quiet and convenient hotel. Great location. Easy to reach from the airport and wonderfully away from the crazy tourist core. There are two Rail/Metro stops close by (including one with direct service packages to Montserrat). There is an enormous shopping mall a block away with everything you could ever need including a huge carrefour hypermarket. Our rooms was immaculate and straightforward. It had everything we needed and nothing more. The hotel was very quiet. The lobby space was welcoming and breakfast is wonderful. Staff throughout (especially the servers in the breakfast room) were cheerful, friendly, and multi-lingual. The only thing that seemed odd was the lack of air conditioning in hallways. The hotel would be perfect for those overnighting before or after a cruise."

"We stayed here for 1 night before boarding a cruise. Everything was top notch! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great water temp and pressure. Easily walkable to mall and cafes. It’s about a 20 minute ride to cruise port and about 30 minutes from airport. Would happily stay here again."
