"Firstly the Hotel is located right beside an extremely busy hospital which has lots of traffic around / outside of the hotel. The Hotel is odd, the fixtures and fittings are poorly set up, (See photo of toilet for an example). The bedside plug socket was about 3 meters away from the bed. This was typical of the standard in the hotel. The electricity was not working every morning when I woke up and every evening when I got back for 5 days consecutively. I had to go to the reception and it took 30 mins each time to get it fixed. Each time it happened the staff was indignant I was troubling them and it seemed like an inconvenience. When I complained they shrugged their shoulders and said there was working going on in the hotel and it wasn't their fault. Any time I asked to have it fixed when I went out, or did something else, it wasn't done when I got back. I had to sit on them to get it fixed. One evening they were shutting down the power for the night from 11 till 3, they put a small A4 page with font 14 text in the lift as a notice and thought everyone should have read it. However when I parked my bike outside the front of the hotel, the same manager was quickly out to move me on, looking for parking fees. Unless you have to attend the hospital and you don't want to have to travel far, and you are prepared to put up with the service, I would avoid at all costs. To be fair hospital attendees and family seems to be the majority of their customers in any case."

"This hotel is far from public transportation and city. The room key card never works and the key card has to be activated each time you come back to the hotel. The gym opening hours is not suitable for hotel guests who need to exercise before going to work. The staff at the reception are not friendly. I had a very bad flu and had used up nearly all tissue. When asked if I could have a tissue box replacement, was asked to wait for next day. In desperation, I pulled as many tissues as I can from the tissue box at the reception as I had a running nose. The reception staff commented to his colleague that I was weird. Fortunately my friend heard and told them otherwise. Not a hotel that cares for their guests."
