"Went with my 88 year old mum, she loved the hotel. good breakfast and its free got rooms with terrace and there amazing the staff are unbelievably helpful. Although its right next to an Irish pub( which is a must) didn't hear a thing and saying it is right on the Ramblas that's good. All in all location, service, quality and atmosphere is excellent would recommend to anyone wanting a decent reasonably priced hotel"

"Raj the receptionist, provided the worst experience I have ever had in a Hotel. Spread fake information about the city, drove my group of friends into a scam and was impolite with our girlfriends. Would not recommend for nothing."

"Arriving at Ramblas hotel in La Rambla, Barcelona, we were immediately met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The receptionist came across as cold and unhelpful, which set a disappointing tone from the start. We initially assumed it might be a language barrier and made an effort to communicate in our limited Spanish. Ironically, once check-in was nearly complete, she switched to English, yet the attitude remained the same: dismissive and unprofessional. The room itself was more spacious than our stay in Lisbon, which was appreciated, but comfort quickly became an issue. There was no air conditioning, making the nights difficult and uncomfortable. Opening the windows only brought in another problem - constant noise from nearby construction and late-night crowds that made rest nearly impossible. We eventually had to close the windows and only managed to sleep out of sheer exhaustion. On the positive side, the location is undeniably excellent. It’s close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, making everything easily accessible. Breakfast is also available, which adds a small point in its favor. However, the service experience from both reception and housekeeping was consistently disappointing, and it heavily impacted our overall stay. For that reason, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to return on a future visit to Barcelona."
