"Two single rooms booked. Beautiful bathroom but the bedroom without daylight felt very claustrophobic Mattresses were bad. Cleaning is great Breakfast downstairs level: cold eggs, tasteless cheese, unripe fruit"

"Well where do I start one positive, Victor on reception he’s a dream lovely helpful man asset to the hotel. Went for breakfast to say it’s basic is an understatement which is fine, toaster a bit dodgy didn’t turn to make yr toast it was broken so u had to put metal implement in to turn the bread ! but to be shouted at at 1020 that we had to finish up in 5 mins (when it was actually 10mins) then guy lifted my friends breakfast and didnt ask “are you finished” !! Just took it ! Then put card in door to make up room came back bathroom done etc but beds not made !! If you make up a room you make the bed !!! I expected basic but not that basic for a 3* won’t be back but will miss Victor he’s the only asset !"

"A truly HORRIBLE and disappointing experience from start to finish. The room was dark, without a window, with constant noises, an unpleasant smell, a cold and depressing white light, and the air conditioning simply did not work. The conditions were terrible and totally incompatible with what one expects from a 3-star hotel. Furthermore, what disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and human quality. I explained to the receptionist that I was having panic attacks and that the room was causing me a very distressing situation, and even so, I did not feel any kind of concern, support, or interest in finding a solution. For me, that was the worst part of the whole experience. The service was terrible, and the situation reached such a point that I preferred to lose the money for the entire stay and not stay even one night. I think that makes it quite clear how bad my experience was. Honestly, I do not understand how this place can have a 3-star rating. Due to the conditions of the room, the maintenance, and the service received, for me it does not deserve more than 1 star. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. If you are thinking about booking, my advice is to look for another hotel. A terrible experience, zero comfort, zero empathy, and zero human quality"
