"We have stayed here before and keep coming back during our travels for many reasons. We have even recommended the location to many travelers. First the location is ideal for walking about Las Ramblas or La Bouqueria, it is generally very quiet and safe. The hotel has received many upgrades which make it more comfortable. The staff at the hotel are beyond excellent, especially Omar at the Front Desk. He assisted us obtain a taxi when our pre-booked one cancelled due to the marathon on at the time. He was super helpful throughout our stay. Our room was quiet, clean with all the appropriate amenities. Don't let the drive down the roadway deter you, this is a great facility with excellent service."
