Hotel Oasis Barcelona

"We stayed at Hotel Oasis in Barcelona for five nights and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The location was excellent and made it very easy to get around Barcelona. Cleanliness was also top-tier throughout our stay, and the hotel was very accessible and convenient. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, engaging and helpful, and always happy to have a chat. Over the five nights, it was genuinely nice getting to know some of the team, and their friendliness and service made the trip exceed our expectations. There were just a few things that could be improved. We found the air conditioning became very cold overnight. The hotel did provide extra bedding when we asked, which we appreciated, but even with that it still wasn’t quite enough by the early morning. A lightweight doona or warmer bedding option would make a big difference for guests who feel the cold. Noise was also an issue for us because we were staying on the bottom floor, directly below the pool area. We could hear the music from upstairs until around 1 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep on some nights. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to request a room further away from the pool area. Aside from those points, we had a great stay. The location, cleanliness and especially the staff were excellent, and we would happily recommend Hotel Oasis to anyone visiting Barcelona."

"If you’re looking to spend time at the beach, the location is great. Unfortunately the noise levels were less than ideal at this hotel. The music from the rooftop bar was so loud we could hear it very clearly in our room on the first floor. The music plays daily from 12pm-1am so it was impossible to sleep without ear plugs. We had to purchase earplugs at the supermarket next door! We did mention the noise issue to the front desk worker but he unfortunately did not have any solutions. The walls seemed very thin in general. The pool bar was nice but overcrowded when we went. It appeared to be a younger crowd staying at this hotel and reminded me a bit of an upscale hostel. Due to the noise issue, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning."
