"Fantastic location midway between university area and ramblas. Short walk to place cataluna plaza and transit links. Many bars and cafes close by., fun street with a college vibe but quiet at night for sleeping Staff is helpful but somewhat standoffosh. In room coffee a big plus, rooftop jacuzzi felt great after a long day. Nice little balcony for people watching. Bathroom and shower were fine, although very hard not to soak floor. Beds comfortable Biggest plus is location, its perfect"

"We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the hotel & room. The room appeared to be fairly recently updated - it was spacious with plenty of hanging space for clothes and a good size bathroom. Handwash, shampoo & shower gel were provided in full size bottles. The room is quite basic but was all that we needed for a short stay. A couple of plug sockets located right by the bed, very useful as often we struggle to charge our phones by the bed! Hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful. One of them explained all the different places to visit and offered to make bookings for us (we had already pre-booked the places we had intended to visit but it was still very useful information). There is a locked luggage storage room if you arrive before check-in and also to use after checkout. Location was great - lots of bars, cafes and shops with a few mins walk, the nearest metro is around 5 mins walk away and if you catch the Aerobus from the airport the bus stop is less than 10 min walk from the hotel."
