"We made an absolute slam dunk when we chose this hotel. The staff is beyond attentive especially Alfredo who’s a concierge/do everything. Alfredo told us about all of the good restaurants in the area as well as gave great directions and things for us to see and checked on us every time that he saw us. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better as it was close to dining, bars and most importantly public transportation in Catalunya Plaza."

"Wonderful hotel & Adam is super helpful. He helped me with directions, with recommendations on where to eat, with getting taxis, etc… huge thanks to Adam for being so kind to us. The hotel is in a great part of town, has a nice little gym, and a very pretty roof top pool. Rooms r spacious with good lighting, lots of closet space (I stayed in 506), good watwr pressure and a real hair dryer :) my only disappointment was when I tried to order room service. The man who answered the phone at the hotel restaurant didn’t seem interested in taking my order. I asked for simple chicken & salad & he said that wasn’t possible, so we just went out and got food. Otner than that tne hotel wqs great!"
