"This hotel was clean and unique with a modern flair. The service and attention provided at the front desk was well worth it. It was extremely centralized to most everything including shops of all kinds, cafes, restaurants, bars, metros, taxis and all within walking distance. Barcelona's main thoroughfare called 'las Ramblas' was a short distance away, including the port within a short taxi ride. There were squares of all shapes and sizes nearby, all filled with people walking around, seating and eating and enjoying the ambiance at all times. If you can't find somewhere to eat around here, you have a major problem. The only inconvenience we had was the a/c in our room. Every time we returned to it, it took forever for the room to cool enough to be comfortable."

"Second time I’ve stayed here and would definitely come back. Absolute bargain for the price! Lovely room, clean and comfortable. It did get a bit warm at times, but nothing too much to worry about. Overall, a really good stay."

"We enjoyed our visit here. We booked two rooms on the hotels website. I signed up for their membership program which gave us welcome drinks. Early check in wasn’t available but they stored our bags until check in time. I was told some taxis won’t come to the gothic quarter but coming and leaving early in the day- before traffic started - we were able to use the taxi to come from the port and then go to the airport a few days later. Accommodations were just a step above basic, we had to ground floor rooms that faced the courtyard it was overall quiet nice spot. The AC could have been a little stronger but eventually it got going. I always travel with a little fan these days. Staff was helpful with requests. A few parts of this room needed some Tlc but overall matched our needs. Little cafe near the entrance was great for a quick coffee pastry and had a little bar too. Small grocery store literally across the street. Easy to walk to many different locations from here like las ramblas but thought the hop on hop off bus was kinda a waste of money. Maps confusing long lines not enough buses after first stop etc."
