"The staff is very attentive and the room is comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and the location is unbeatable. The only issue is that the internet never worked. The front desk person told me that, unfortunately, the WiFi isn't very effective since many guests are using it at the same time. This is sadly, not accurate. I was jetlagged and tried using the internet at 3pm, 7pm, midnight and 3am and it never worked. Unacceptable."

"This hotel has the most perfect location. We did most of our sightseeing by walking as my daughter is not a fan of the underground but it was easy. Our room that we had booked was not ready on arrival as it was 10 am but we were offered a different room that we could use immediately which we were so grateful of so we could unpack and get into the city. We were taken up to view the room to see what we thought. The room was spacious with two lovely twin beds and gorgeous bed linen. Bathroom was very good too with toiletries there to use. Lighting could have been a bit brighter but I’ve found this in other European hotels. Temperature could be managed easily with the thermostat. The room on the second floor was at the back of the hotel with no view really but this did not bother us at all as the room was available and perfect. The hotel has a roof top area with 2 Jacuzzis and a gym that looked good. This would be amazing in summer months to sit up there with a drink. There are 2 lounges by reception that are lovely also one with TV and bar. All the reception staff that we met were all very very good , friendly , helpful, professional. They could not have been any better. Mohammed the one concierge went out of his way to answer all our questions gave us directions to many places and gave us umbrellas on the one rainy day 🙏 He is a credit to the hotel !! There are some very good restaurants and cafe bars all around the hotel. When I go back I will stay at this hotel for sure !! Thank you"

"All in this was an average hotel. But it’s the detail that lets this hotel down. Good things: - location is excellent - room has a bath which is nice to relax - nice toiletries in the bathroom - nicely stocked mini room - when I got room service , it was delivered fast and the food was v nice. Things that weren’t so great: - the breakfast is terrible. Cold scrambled egg and hot water from a machine that doesn’t taste drinkable (for tea) - churros but no chocolate 🤷‍♀️ - fatty bacon - not a lot of hot food options - no black tea in the bedroom …. Have a look at what country your guest is from and provide what is popular. Fruit flavoured tea isn’t my preference. - one of the jacuzzis on the roof was out of service. Jacuzzis work in other countries all year round and at a hot temperature. The functioning one wasn’t hot. - towels in the bedroom old and hard. - tv mirroring not working. Not a smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix. All little things that could be fixed if the manager of the hotel truly wanted to improve it. I would come back if you 1. Improve the breakfast, 2. Fix the jacuzzi and 3. Upgrade your TVs. Bonus points for better towels or a dressing robe in the room!"
