"We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, and I genuinely do not understand how it has such high ratings. Shortly after arriving, we checked in at the reception and placed our backpack on a chair beside the front desk. About 15 minutes later, after reaching our room, we realized we had accidentally left it there. We immediately returned to the reception, but the backpack had already disappeared. The reception staff simply told us they did not know what had happened and that there was nothing they could do. When we asked them to review the security camera footage, we were told that only the police could access it. We went to the local police station to file a report, only to be informed that it could take weeks before the investigation even begins. Since we were only staying for four days, this offered us no help at all. What was most frustrating was the hotel’s complete lack of support. Our backpack was stolen from the hotel’s reception area, yet the staff showed no urgency, concern, or willingness to assist us. As a result, we lost valuable personal belongings, including prescription medication, clothing, sunglasses, and other important items. To make matters worse, this hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard. It feels more like a 2-star property. The rooms are extremely small, and our room had a frosted glass window facing an enclosed interior space, making it feel like we were staying in a basement or even a cage. There was no natural light or pleasant view whatsoever. In addition AC doesn’t have set thermostat settling, either it runs continuously or you need to turn off manually otherwise it gets freezing, a few times at night I need to turn on and off as it got so cold and when I turned off, the room got so hot. It is a very old system that doesn’t have automated temperature control you can only set what fan speed you need and how cold you want from 4 different options. Even you get the first level, on 30 mins it gets so cold… and you need to turn it off the on again, it is very inconvenient. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Between the theft, the lack of assistance from the hotel, and the poor quality of the accommodations, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value your belongings, your comfort, and good customer service."

"I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to book somewhere else. During my stay, my Apple AirPod Pro's were stolen. What made the situation even worse was the hotel's complete lack of concern or willingness to help, only being told the cleaning is a long standing member of staff. I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. They said i should of put them in the safe? A hotel should be somewhere you can trust to leave your belongings safely while you're out, but that certainly wasn't my experience. Losing expensive personal property is bad enough, but the poor customer service and lack of accountability made the whole ordeal even more frustrating. If you value your possessions and expect a hotel to assist when something goes wrong, I recommend staying somewhere else. In my experience, the risk simply isn't worth it."

"The best part was the breakfast, full buffet with choices for all types of diets. I particularly loved the smoked salmon and artisan bread. I felt the location was good, 20 minutes from major sites for walking including the Aerobus and closer to the bus station. Note, the metro stop isn't close. The bathroom had a nice shower sufficient for someone with long hair to wash! The staff were friendly though I admired the breakfast buffet manager he kept everything clean, tidy and stocked Also, it was near cafes, restaurants and grocery store--locals even used!"
