"Loved our stay at this hotel. It's really lovely inside. Room had a small balcony with views over the square. Breakfast was nice with varied choice of a hot and cold buffet style selection. We used the roof terrace which has a plunge pool with 4 or 5 sunloungers plus a dining and bar area. Nice and relaxing with views over the area. Location is fab. Only a few mins walk to La Rambla. 15 min walk to the port. Loads of places to eat and drink. Had a fabulous sunny break in Barcelona and looking to return next year all being well 🌞"

"We always stay in H10 hotels when in Spain and have stayed at this one 2 or 3 times before.. this will be our last visit! On a positive note, Francesca on reception delivered outstanding customer service, super helpful and always with a welcoming demeanour. The rest of the 2 reception staff on arrival were the polar opposite unfortunately. We felt completely unwelcome at check-in and the answer to all our questions was NO.. we couldn’t even get a coffee or tea. The hotel is tired, the breakfast poor and no concierge to be seen across our entire stay. That said, the restaurant team were very accommodating and helpful."

"Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel was clean and of an excellent standard and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located for visiting the sights of Barcelona. We had a balcony room which was ideal as the weather was hot and humid during our visit, although the room also had good aircon. Despite being in a built up area the designers had built into the back of the hotel a green wall area and lounge area to make an oasis of plants and small birds, a relaxation in itself. Breakfast was varied with some choice for most palettes, the provision of muesli and additional nuts and seeds were ideal for me, but there was also savoury and sweet dishes for those with different tastes. All in all this was a thoroughly enjoyable stay!"
