"We stayed for 3 nights in before and after a cycling trip through Slovenia. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful, and helped that they have someone on recption 24hrs as we needed an early checkout. Breakfast is excellent and can be taken on the lovely balconey overlooking the castle. Overall, and excellent hotel and location."

"A very nice hotel in the center of Ljubljana. The location is ideal for both city tours and getting to the train station. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of Ljubljana Castle. The bed and mattress were very comfortable. We checked in late at night, and the check-in process took only a few minutes. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with hot dishes (not often found in 3-star hotels). To be fair, we stayed in a superior room; I can't comment on the quality of lower-category rooms. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work."

"Good location, renovated rooms. Otherwise big things to say. A little nit unpolite staff, outdated building and breakfast just basic. Worst ALL-accor ever seen, but on the other hand - got a room and sleep. No big feelings but no reason to go again. Two stars would be correct without renovated rooms."
