"I have just returned from a stay at this wonderful hotel, and I must say—what an exceptional experience! As I often do, I called the hotel in advance to ask for some information. A young man named Tadej, who speaks perfect Italian, answered the phone. His kindness, professionalism, and the clarity of his answers immediately gave me a strong sense that this hotel would deliver outstanding service. However, I did not expect the level of excellence I experienced throughout my entire stay! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Nina, who was incredibly friendly and highly professional. We were then shown to our suite, which was absolutely beautifully furnished, incredibly spacious, and extremely comfortable. It included a kitchenette, a very large bathroom, separate toilets, and even an additional toilet in the bathroom. Truly impressive and very convenient. In the evening, when we went to dine at the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm smile by Iris, who provided outstanding service. She is clearly very dedicated to her work and was attentive throughout the entire evening. The cuisine is truly top-level. I was amazed not only by the quality of each dish but also by the presentation. I would especially like to mention Chef Aljosa who is incredibly creative and prepares dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious. During one dinner, I challenged him to prepare something special tailored to my taste..and he exceeded all expectations. The dish was absolutely outstanding! I would also like to thank Ksenja, who, despite being very young, is extremely professional. It is clear that Masha, the food and beverage manager, plays a key role she is very present, both at dinner and breakfast, ensuring that every guest receives an excellent service. Regarding breakfast, the team was equally fantastic and professional, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to: Tomaz Denis Rock Iztok Luka A big thank you as well to the front desk team for their kindness and efficiency. Front Desk Manager Bojan and his assistant Emilia ensured everything was perfectly arranged before my arrival, making my stay seamless. Thanks also to Primoz, Denis, and Tia. The bellboys, Philip and Emir, do a remarkable job they are always ready to help and always with a smile. I would also like to express my appreciation for the housekeeping team. The rooms and the entire hotel are impeccably clean. A special thank you to Natacha, the housekeeping manager, who carefully respected all my room preferences. The swimming pool is also very pleasant, with a perfect water temperature is ideal for relaxing. I was truly impressed by the consistently high standard of service throughout the hotel. This is undoubtedly thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Dragan Culibrk, who leads his team with energy, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. We had such a wonderful stay that I have already decided to return in September for 3 nights because I enjoyed this hotel and the high level of service that much! and I want to enjoy the lovely city of Ljubljana in summer I highly recommend this establishment to anyone planning to stay in ljubiana"

"Beautifully designed hotel that truly embraces its natural surroundings. The 'Mons' (hill) setting provides a wonderful, airy atmosphere with great walking paths nearby. It’s rare to find a Sheraton property that feels this integrated with nature while still being so modern and accessible. A great 'green' gateway to Slovenia. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and the gym/sauna being open 24/7. It’s a bit outside the main city, but the peaceful surroundings and easy parking make it worth it. Will definitely be back"

"I stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas with my husband and 15 year old daughter, we had two standard rooms on the second floor. I booked this hotel because it was reasonably priced and had good facilities. The rooms were fine, decent size with enough storage space, clean and modern, beds were comfortable. A safe, fridge and kettle are provided. The swimming pool is large enough to swim properly in and there is a sauna. No hot tub. The gym is well equipped and there is a pool table, table football and ping pong. We found the WiFi worked ok. We didn’t have breakfast as it was very expensive, however we did have one meal in the hotel restaurant and it was very nice. Bar prices are reasonable. Car parking is free. The hotel is about four miles out of the city centre near to main roads on the far side of the Tivoli park. A car is not essential but I would recommend having one if you plan to stay here. An uber into the city cost about £10, or you can get the bus which costs €1.50, although you have to walk nearly a mile to the bus stop along a busy road. There is a bistro in the industrial estate 10 minutes walk away (daytime only I think) and a pub by the bus stop which had a good selection of beer. We arrived into Ljubljana from Bled by bus (very cheap) and got an uber to the hotel from the bus station (about £10). An uber to the airport was about €40. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful during our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value hotel and I would recommend."
